Dr Andrew Jacobs is an astute and experienced General Practitioner who has spent his entire career serving patients in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs.
Dr Jacobs completed his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at the University of Melbourne before undertaking his medical degree at Deakin University. He went on to complete his internship and residency at Northern Health, gaining broad hospital-based experience prior to commencing his General Practice training.
He has a strong focus on preventative health and works diligently with patients to identify and reduce risk factors before illness develops. His approach is proactive, evidence-based, and centred on long-term health outcomes.
Outside of medicine, he is a keen runner and has a strong interest in aviation.
